Mission Statement
The parish council is a representative body who discerns the needs, hopes & ideas of the parish community and guides the broader vision of the parish by consulting and collaborating with the pastor and pastoral staff by providing valuable input and discussion.
Parish Council Functions
- Supports, reviews, and updates the mission of the parish
- Assesses the needs of the parish
- Determines parish goals
- Guides the implementation of strategies to reach parish goals
- Actively and prayerfully supports parish ministries and commissions
- Reviews and approves the parish-wide budget before submission to the Archdiocese
- Discern who we are, what we are doing well, and how God might be inviting us to move into the future
