St. Bartholomew is seeking a full-time Children’s & Youth Faith (CYFF) Formation Coordinator. The CYFF Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and enhancing religious education programs for children and youth from kindergarten through 6th grade. This role involves leading a team of staff and volunteers, organizing sacramental preparation, and ensuring that faith formation activities align with the Church's teachings and standards. The Coordinator supervises Youth Ministers, the Assistant Children Faith Formation Coordinator, and catechists, providing support and professional development to ensure effective program delivery. Additionally, the Coordinator evaluates and implements new faith formation ideas to foster a vibrant and engaging spiritual environment for young parishioners.
