A group of families from St. Bartholomew meets monthly to explore local hiking trails. They meet on the last Saturday of every month and welcome others to join them. This month's hike is on October 31 at Hitz-Rhodehamel Nature Preserve. Meet at 9:00 a.m. at Hitz-Rhodehamel Nature Preserve, 1336 Freeman Ridge Rd, Nashville, IN 47448 to hike the Mary McConnell Nature Trail (2.8 mi, 479 ft elevation gain, 1–1.5 hr estimated time) Carpooling is recommended.
